For most items, our return policy window is 30 days after delivery. After receiving your shipped item, you must request a return RMA number, items returned to us without a RMA number will not be accepted. Your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, documentation and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If we allow the buyer to keep or discard the item, we will issue a refund without waiting for the product to arrive. Partial Refunds or Restocking Fees: Restocking fees ranged from 20% to 80% depend on the condition of the box or packaging and the product inside the box and whether the seal is broken. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, other than for a faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
